Further to Decision No D120149CAB, the report of the Management Team updated the position on negotiations towards bringing forward redevelopment proposals for Tonbridge town centre. Following receipt of a detailed presentation on the proposals, consideration was given to action recommended to facilitate the delivery of the scheme.
